Yes.

Technically would need to get a medical waiver for 2024 though, right? (But seems like he would meet the requirements)

here are my thoughts on the whole sich:

tom ryan sees a nationally ranked and former AA stud in CK.  RW has a redshirt to burn. so why force CK out?

i felt like RW got a god draw last year.  there is a chance he doesn't even AA if the bracket was actually set up correctly. but because of luck, he comes out a finalist as a true freshman.

if RW would have wrestled this year there is no way he matches or beats his last year's performance and he transfers anyways.

then you would have people saying, "they should have redshirted RW and let him mature a bit more. we already had a former AA in CK that could have got the job done. "

Not to mention that Ryan did not look so bad when CK was ranked like 3rd or 4th earlier in the season and gave Haines a very tough match.

Looked into Kharchla’s wrestlestat after Rocco Welsh claimed he needed better partners.

Needing better partners is such a bull*I poop my pants, don't laugh at me* statement. Does it even need to be explained why it's so dumb?

Tom Ryan lost an NCAA finalist because of his loyalty to a dude that went 0-2 at NCAAs. That is a fireable offense at a school like tOSU.

Bad take, he’s not getting fired

I thought he mentioned in an interview this past season that it's his last go.

That could be true as well. I believe he could get a medical for '24' if he was so inclined...
