Anyone know anything about him?

Multi-time NJ state champ from Delbarton (think it's 2x, but not sure off top of my head); ranked #2 in the nation by Flo.  He had a pretty dominant run this year, but not sure where he will slot into the PSU lineup as a 149 or 157 over time.

FINAL EDIT: seems like his commitment on the side of this forum has him listed as an eventual 174.  Now I am pretty intrigued.

Not overly shocking he and PJ are training partners, but he is Forrest/Bassett level in my opinion I would honestly take him over Bassett. I think the 174 projections may be a bit extreme he grew a lot his sophomore year, but he seems to have settled in around 150 since then. My hopes for okie state to catch up have greatly diminished in the last 48 hours.

So going forward PSU depth chart for 165 and 174 includes: Haines (1 year), MM (2 years), Joe Sealey (4 years), PJ Duke (4 Years), William Henckel (4 years), Asher Cunningham (4 years), Erik Gibson (3-4 years), and Jayden James (4 years, but first year available is 26-27 season).

Still a little thin but something to work with!   Depth matters!

I don't like this committing and then changing minds.   Committing means nothing anymore.  Good for PSU but not so good for VT.

As a VT fan and more importantly, the sport of college wrestling, this sucks.

Don’t verbal and then sell out to the highest bidder. That is disingenuous and not respectful to the program you verbally committed to.

PSU really needed this, felt they were beginning to slip….

Cael takes jajensens posts seriously.

He knows his staff can't really coach, so they have to make sure the cupboards are full and take steps to keep points away from other schools.

I think kids should do what's best for them.  And I won't tell this kid what's best for him based on my rooting interests or what I think is best for college wrestling.

Agree but there’s a right way to do the recruiting process and committing and backing out isn’t it.

The coaches invested a ton of time in getting him to commit and likely passed on other recruits interested in VT.
