It would be foolish to say that Ladarion does not get talked about enough he certainly does the kid is a phenom. After Powerade where Miller beat Perentin and Burton killed Cunningham it really makes you realize just how separated Lockett is from everyone else including really elite guys. Lockett majored Miller in the ironman finals and nearly majored Burton bumping up a weight at who's 1.

Has he committed to anywhere yet?

To be clear, he committed to John Smith and Oklahoma State. As a Stillwater High wrestler, he's not going to decommit and lose training opportunities while still in Stillwater by flipping on Ok St. Hopefully he stays home and continues to help build up the program, but it's worth noting that he didn't make it commitment to DT.

I think DT was very smart keeping Espo on because he has really good relationships with dee and Jax. I believe there was smoke because Dee was training with Carr out at Iowa state, but I think more recently he has gotten back on openly supporting okie state and cowboy rtc. Not saying he's 100% not going to flip but I am much more confident he honors his original commitment than I was 3 months ago.

I agree. I think at the end of the day, the reviews that the new coaching staff gets from the guys in the room this year, as well as their impressions from RTC practices will be the most important thing moving forward. If the guys are happy and feel like they're making jumps, OKST will be an increasingly attractive place to land, especially considering the log jam of guys with multiple years left of eligibility at PSU.

Not only that, but I bet he's a lot more excited at the prospect of wrestling for DT than Grandpa "Get off my Lawn" Smith.

Another bad take, mate. He literally committed to John Smith. Maybe in hindsight he is happy DT is there, but regardless.. he committed to OKST and John Smith before DT was ever even a consideration..

Well its hard when Bo Bassett, the greatest high school wrestler ever, is dominating the headlines.

A fools mistake to commit to soon. We could have had Dee Bachelor sweepstakes along side the Bo Bachelor.

Anyone who is in the know understands that Lockett is individually, as big of a recruit as anyone in high school right now. If you're reading this and haven't seen it, watch Lockett vs Mesenbrink at the trials last year. He's going to be a problem.
