Casey injured his knee in practice and is done for the year. Tough break for him and the cyclones.

Swiderski is a freak athlete.  He ran a sub 90 minute half marathon over the summer, which is crazy good for a dude who is like 5'6" and muscular.

I have it on my bucket list to never run a half marathon.

Not even in aggregate. So far, so good.
