What are Bo's goals....go grind so hard that you are worse as a senior than you were as a freshman, and your body is so broken you retire by 25.  Iowa way is over......who was the last Iowa wrestler that was actually better as senior than they were as a freshman/sophomore.   Tom and Terry need to retire and let a new coach come in and change up the tactics.  They break their wrestlers.

Funny.

Everyone loves Japan this year.  Japan goes hard.  Harder than Iowa.  6-7 days of double sessions per week.  90+ minutes of hard live a day.  Sometimes 60 one minute live goes in a session.  They do this for years and years.

Why aren't you complaining about Japan's grind?  Meanwhile PSU has suffered more serious knee injuries than Iowa in the last two years.

Again with the Mom's glasses thing?

What?

Have you ever watched Bo wrestle?  He looks like one of the Brands bros out there - in a different body, obvi.

The Iowa injury thing is so tired. Spencer tore his ACL his senior year of high school and missed most of his junior season the year before that hes just had injury issues the way Iowa trains had nothing to do with that. The only other guy I can think of that had nagging injuries for them is Kemerer but he and Spencer are both young guns products so if we are citing all this data off of two guys then maybe its a young guns problem. Iowas main issue to me has been a lack of development in attacks and scrambling. Guys don't really seem to develop their offense there to the same level as they do other places and they always seem a bit behind in the scrambles. Bo has a lot of offense and is a good scrambler already so I think they can probably take what he already does well and just weaponize it even more.

Both Young Guns and Franklin Regional also.

Yes, somehow Iowa coaches (who attacked constantly as competitors) haven't been able to consistently improve their wrestlers arsenals at the rate PSU seems to.  Maybe if they worked on scrambling more, their wrestlers wouldn't be afraid to increase their attack rate.  If you can scramble at an elite level, attacking isn't as scary.

Sorry that the Blaze thing didn't work out for the Bucks.

The name has been struck from the records. Banished from the annals of history.
