Dubble Leg Posted October 22 Posted October 22 Does anyone know if there's a way to pull large amounts of data from TrackWrestling? I'm running match analytics/statistics and was hoping there was a better way than going into each event and copying and pasting results for each weight class.

cowcards Posted October 23 Posted October 23 I would have so much more info in my website if there was a way to do this… From my understanding, the only people that can do anything like that is the tournament admins and/or Track/Flo themselves.

In "text results" you can get an entire round of all weights. I think that is the most data you can pull at once. Sponsored by INTERMAT

killdozer Posted October 29 Posted October 29 When I get time this week. I may try to create one. The only thing that I am wondering since you have to create a session on trackwrestling. How to handle that and then parse to strictly which division you want and only those teams and then to those wrestlers. I actually would think that wrestlestat does that. I may have to look at their coding to see what they do. That might be a way to do that

Hey, I am not a developer (merely and engineer that uses scripts for need) So thank you. but, I have written scripts to scrape html in the past. But that totatlly works.
