Migrant layoffs?

It seems to me like the parties were a lot less homogenous on the conservative/liberal spectrum in the past and lots of sorting has gradually happened over the last several decades. It's a lot more rare to hear someone described as a conservative Democrat or liberal Republican these days than what I see pop up when I read political history.

Not really. Just a collection of marginalized angry racists, anti government weirdos, and people who see Trump as being most aligned with their values, even though Trump doesn't really have any beliefs.

Explain Trump's action while President in funding historically black colleges.  He is some kind of rascist.

Marginalized? Are we talking about the homeless or what you think a Trump supporter represents? Trump doesn't have any beliefs? Do you just wish he would spit meaningless mantras and platitudes like Kamala? Is that what you consider leadership?

Actually yeah that is what Trump is. If it meant he would get more votes or make money or in some way it would benefit him, he would be all for it. I don't expect much from somebody who launched their political career based on racist lies. His position on anything is what's in it for him. If tomorrow being pro choice meant he would win, he would be all over that. He stands for nothing, a "rule of law" candidate who is a convicted felon. A "pro family" candidate who is on his 3rd marriage and is a well known philanderer. A "business minded" candidate who has had to file for bankruptcy many times and only was allowed to on the condition he was no longer running the business. A "military supporter" who called dead soldiers losers and suckers, and when he had a chance to serve, chickened out of actually serving in the military.

So yes, Trump is a spineless weasel who will say or do anything to benefit himself.

So you're saying he flip flops for votes? Who is suddenly in support of a border wall? Who is no longer in favor of banning fracking?

I wouldn't say he flip flops. He just says whatever he thinks will be popular with the ignorant clods who compromise his voting base. It doesn't have to be factual or correct. Like him lying about Haitian people eating cats. It just has to appeal to the slack jawed troglodytes who make up his core of supporters.
