Clearly will be a big benefit to him.  Wrestling with Vito and Yianni.  The Big Red will welcome him and guide home to future success on the mat and in life as a whole.

In terms of partners in the room I think Cornell, PSU, Ohio State make the most sense. the guys you mentioned at Cornell Nick lee, Zain, BB at PSU, Jesse and Davino at Ohio State. Okie state has Fix,Gillman,Roman but I think blaze grows into a 65kg 141/149 in college and at his current level I don't know that those guys give him super competitive rolls in a year or two just by the nature of his improvement and them being smaller. I'm personally pulling for anyone but PSU because if they get him Luke and PJ there is no team race for another 4-5 years again and team races are fun.

The last guy to beat Vito at MFS is currently the AHC at OSU.

He should follow him.

He’s likely going to go somewhere with a top RTC. Not sure where Spartan Combat RTC ranks as an RTC, but he’s for sure going to be looking at that.

He should go to a program which encourages him to be a senior level world or olympic champion.

Focusing on folkstyle would be a travesty.

I think Ohio State would a great fit. His mom lives just about 2 hours north of Columbus. She will be able to easily go to his matches. He already has a good relationship with Mendez and the other wrestlers. He will have some great team mates to workout with and Ohio State has a great coaching staff. They also have the RTC there which can help him with World and Olympic training.

100 percent agree. TOSU is a perfect fit.

Maybe someone can come up with an app to be able to keep up with all the wrestlers and the coaches as they switch schools. NCAA football is insane right now. Almost every play has a player that was in the portal and switched schools.
