Just looked it up and we’re a shoe in for at least one more gold via the women’s basketball team. We’re also in the finals for women’s beach volleyball. I think we have 5 other gold medal opportunities including Kennedy Blades

The US women's indoor volleyball is playing Italy for the Gold right now.

When does Blades match start?

Women’s hvwy bronze matches right after the 65kg medal ceremony and after those bronze matches is Kennedys gold medal match. I would say in about 45 minutes

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

We’re behind by one gold so yea it’ll get huge coverage

It doesn’t REALLY matter, because China will add Taiwans two golds and Hong Kong’s two golds to their total and claim victory even if the US wins out. This is what they have been doing.

I guess that means we have to add Puerto Rico’s medal count to ours

The reality is that Sebastian Rivera is an Olympic bronze medalist in 2024 with Snyder being a 5th place finisher without the Russians.

Congrats to Riveria, of course. He wanted it badly.

Challenge LOST!

15-4 to Rivera... he's in the bronze medal match.

IF he wins that, he'll be (to the best of my knowledge) American expat to medal in this tournament.

Very happy for him. He’s always been one my favorites. Can’t wait to see the match.

China is done, I think, with 2 more golds than the US currently. The US could get 4 more (volleyball, wrestling, w bball, and cycling).

Why?  Snyder ran his mouth after beating Saduleuv mocking Islam.

As you know, turnabout  is fair play.

Just saw Snyder's results, got this pulled up for for Blade's finals match but mad I missed the action.

Are we all depressed about 3 Medals on mens side? Or are we ok?

That doesn’t seem like Snyder. Can you produce a quote?
