Thanks, I'll be watching CNN from now on and believe everything Biden says!!

Well,  of a recent study that was conducted of all of the major networks,  CNN did rate the best in terms of truthfulness and less misleading information.  They do have an entire section on their site called Facts First,  where they expose false and misleading information.

Of course,  we ALL know who fared the worst.  Almost 2/3rds of their "reporting" is false or misleading.

By default then,  would you like Biden better if he got near that 30,000 mark? Apparently so.

your news source/s think men can get pregnant.

You'd be surprised but my news sources aren't showing up on your radar.

I keep hearing this claim ( men getting pregnant),  which Ii don't buy that anyone has said,  or,  if they "did" someone missed a nuance.  The person then sold it to angry and uninformed people.  Of course,  none of them would think to verify its truthfulness.

did you not watch the Ketanji Brown Jackson hearings?

this is what the majority of your party espouses.

we have a supreme court justice that think men ovulate.

No, I didn't see it,  but,  as I said,  here's betting that there was nuance there that you weren't informed about.

Self edit: I just looked it up,  and I do recall.  Yes,  you were fed disinformation regarding what she actually said.

'can you define a woman'

KBJ: "no. i'm not a biologist"

dumbass

With the nuance that irresponsible "journalists," who exist to deliberately keep you uninformed and angry didn't tell you,  she was trying to get Josh Running Man Hawley back on task,  rather than talking about trans people in a confirmation hearing.

"I'm not a biologist" was to end that stupidity and irrelevance. I'd have done the same.

No, she is literally too stupid to answer the question. No one is buying your mental gymnastics.

It's plausible,  and it's true enough.

Therefore,  it's true.

it was a punctuation in stupidity. for her, your party's platform, and all that vote for anti-science and get-the-fuck-realness.

you're a college professor and also un fucking believably stupid and harmful.

frankly i think you're a piece of shit.

i'm gonna ban you at some point. for being a fucking idiot.

I disagree.  I think she is too cowardly to answer the question.  Intelligence has nothing to do with this Supreme Court Justice.

I would have enjoyed the follow-up questions to go this way:

"The President stated his criteria for your nomination to be a black woman.  Do you qualify as black?  How do you know? Was a biologist consulted?  Do you qualify as a woman?  The President thinks so but this committee has not seen the biological certification.  Did you submit to a biologists cal certification to certify that  you meet the President's nomination criteria?

Are you qualified to hear any cases involving the federal Violence against Women Act without a comfort biologist next to you to certify that the victim/plaintiff is, in fact, a woman?"

What about a person with a functional vagina and internal, viable male gonads?

What about a person with a functional penis, and ovaries?

What about the dozens of other biologist and geneticist recognized conditions that render your “there are two genders” position a bit, uh, suspect?

Two things for clarity.  One,  and as I've told you once before,  I'm not a professor by title.

Two, " your party." I'm of no specific party, but strongly simply a leftist on nearly all issues.  It's more about whom I won't vote for than anything else.

Now onto my real reason for replying.  You don't need to get drunk and go on a Trump-inspired rant against me because I point out errors or disagree with an idea.  I don't hold that kind of hostility toward people that I don't know,  which is why I don't reply like that to people on here.

As the owner of this place,  you follow the works world's worst bidness my by deliberately alienating people from your product.  Show a little respect.

It wasn’t Hawley that asked the question.

Right again, ma'am. See the link.  It was Josh Running Man Hawley.

You should know something about me.  I enjoy posting factual information as a means to try to keep people grounded in reality.  The reality is fantasy,  and fantasy is reality world that 30% of us live in is alarming to me,  and why I post only facts.

It was not Hawley who asked KBJ to define a woman, it was Sen. Blackburn.  Hawley dwelled on her leniency toward sexual predators.
