Bob Nicolls is probably the most day to day (I think most "bags" offered by Iowa is his money) but I don't think he's even the biggest Iowa donor to the facilties (he's the 2nd)

For PSU, it's allegedly Ira Lubert but if that's true, he's very behind the scenes. In the very least, he is not posting on the PSU forums (that we know of lol)
