Top guy drive / push out - IS STALLING!!

Watching Warner pickup Cardenas and pull him to edge and out.  Then driving him out.  That is stalling or fleeing the mat.  Have seen it in many other matches.  This needs to be called!!!

Disagree.  But I do think intentionally driving someone OOB from the top position should be a stall.
