It's called counter-wrestling. It's smart, strategic, and wins a whole lot of matches. Especially in the 3rd period.

Don't know where you wrestled. But if you don't understand the concept of sticking to your strengths while leveraging your opponent's weaknesses at the end of the match - I'm not sure I can help you much more.
