Scoring Situations:

1) Takedowns

2) Reversals

3) Escapes

4) No nearfall or back exposure points - I think there are top position holds that put a lot of unnecessary pressure on parts of the body which should be removed or devalued.

Limited Referee's Position:

1) Similar to the Ohio Tournament of Champions - This was an event I participated in a few times and liked the format. Appears the rules haven't been altered too much over the years.

2) Step-out point for bottom wrestler - If either wrestler goes out of bounds from the standing position, regardless of who steps out first, bottom wrestler gets awarded a step-out point (or escape).

Neutral Step-Out Points, 2 Variations:

1) Big Circle - Similar to the international rules.

2) Small Circle - At beginning of match or on restarts, award points when wrestlers leave the small circle but activity continues.

Mat Dimensions:

A folkstyle-type of mat would be used because of the step-out components mentioned above.

Neutral Stalling, Fleeing, Stalemate Situations:

Lack of scoring or activity from either wrestler results with match stopping and restarting within the small circle with step-out rules being applied.

Length of Match:

TBD

Just some thoughts about the sport from experiences and effects it's had on some people.

Good at building self confidence, discipline, and a resistance to foul odors

Is this that politician guy from Kansas or something that would post random stuff on themat?

No, another one. I also wouldn’t call that other guy a politician.

Insert catchy tagline here.
