He’s an Israeli settler charged in the death of an innocent Palestinian.  The Israeli police didn’t want to charge him, but they kinda had to since it was on video.  And yet he still even got released on house arrest.  It’s a two tiered justice system unfortunately where American citizen Palestinian children are held in jail for months without being charged simply on the accusation of throwing a rock, while someone literally on video committing a murder gets to walk free.
