Especially now that the baby man is in charge.

i never thought we had bots on the forum before...

Like I said in an earlier post I'm content to drop the matter to avoid upsetting Trump's ultra-sensitive supporters, but when morons who can't comprehend the issue of deportation argue that I'm an idiot for NOTICING IT, that's when slapdowns are earned.

Ono eligibility

freedom of speech has limits, as we are often reminded -
I take the criticism of low IQ Trump cultists the same way I do a raspberry from monkeys at the zoo, and for the same reason.

Seems political to me. Especially since you keep doubling down on it. Obviously it’s not my call but politics are not good for wrestling discussions. It will rabbit hole into the abyss.

Anthony Knox charged with assault

I feel very middle class. My daughter's high school soccer team was ranked top 20 in the country (#17, I think). Anyway, to keep up with the other girls, I felt the obligation to get her involved with a "premier team." That was $6000 ten years ago and travel was regional (not national.) We could have found more expensive options if we wanted to! -
Ono will not be deported as long as he doesn't exercise his freedom of speech in the US criticizing a foreign country ( Israel ).
-
Not sensitive, but we know misinformation when we hear it. Posting that BS is unnecessary, responding to correct the false statements are.

I called you an idiot in my first post....

I have family that does traveling softball for their teen… 15k/year per kid just to participate. Then travel and lodging costs plus enough job flexibility to work remotely and/or not work. Their team is dang good but wow that’s a huge barrier for entry.

Look who it caught...you.

Granted.

True enough, but in this instance the anti-foreigner stance of the mercurial infant in the White House is relevant. The people who don't think it's relevant apparently haven't noticed that people are being illegally deported by the conman, and also they apparently aren't aware of the current animus between DC and Japan, all caused by the baby-man in DC. Predictably, like all Trumpers, they either feign ignorance or, most likely, don't have to feign ignorance of the situation.

Ok I have some dumb questions because it seems like this won’t actually help smaller programs. 1. Even with a 30 man roster limit what’s to stop top teams from having extra killers in the room with RTC/greyshirts, paying them, and having them compete unattached? 2. With wealthy donors already the top programs, why wouldn’t they also bankroll 30 scholarships? 20 extra scholarships at 50k each is a million bucks (the rumored price of several NIL deals), keeps studs out of other lineups, builds up the room… I don’t know, I’m certainly missing something (like a bunch of money to throw at college wrestlers lol)

Schools such as Sacred Heart (wisely) use athletic recruiting as a way to draw paying students to the University. I may have heard Rob Koll call this the "Division III model." Koll wasn't being insulting; he saw this as a good model for smaller D1 schools going forward. If there are 50 paying kids on the team, they are less likely to be cut. If they "opt in," then wrestling could be in trouble.

Elbows Up: Canada Elects The Anti-Trump

Once again...here we are...you making all these overly emotional nonsensical claims...how has their been "total economic carnage"? How much harm has Trump done and what is the actual harm...be specific. -
It's good because schools like PSU, Iowa, and OSU won't be able to hoard talent. Barraclough for example, riding the bench at PSU for years when he was clearly a very good wrestler and could've been a 3 or 4 year starter at most schools. I had no idea Sacred Heart had over 50 guys on their wrestling team. That's insane.

this is pretty low IQ trolling....

I don’t think politics should be discussed in the wrestling forum. There is a non wrestling topic forum for this type of banter.

Did you even read the article?? Wow....

Will this be a competitor with the CLAW league? That one looks to be more about duels I guess, with more modified rules.

I often wonder if any of the phenoms actually regret being held back? Clearly many of them are ready for NCAA competition now and they are stuck competing another year or two with high schoolers. Your body only has so many years of this kind of grind. Especially the ones that have senior level aspirations, why not get to the better stuff sooner rather than delay it?

I'm the type of idiot who didn't vote for the low IQ conman/traitor who unnecessarily crashed the economy and stock market.
