Those are very universal principles that are foundations for most civilizations throughout the history of the world. Ignorant for Christians to believe that they invented them.

Should federal workers be fired for criticizing charlie kirk?
Caveira replied to red viking's topic in Non Wrestling Topics
Should college students be expelled for mocking and celebrating his death? @red viking @Tripnsweep Student who mocked Charlie Kirk’s death “no longer” at Texas State University as clampdowns continue A Texas State University student’s enrollment ended after a video was posted showing him mocking conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s death, the latest in a series of removals across Texas campuses prompted by comments made about the killing. The video, posted Tuesday morning on X, shows the student in a crowd slapping his neck several times, calling himself Kirk and at one point climbing the base of a statue and stating “my name is Charlie Kirk” before falling over. Kirk died after being shot in the neck on Sept. 10 during an event he was hosting at Utah Valley University. The video sparked responses condemning the student’s mocking of Kirk, including from Gov. Greg Abbott, who reshared the video and demanded Texas State University take action against the student. “Expel this student immediately,” Abbott said in a social media post on X. “Mocking assassination must have consequences.” Six hours after Abbott’s request, Texas State University announced the person in the video had been identified and “was no longer a student” at the university, according to a statementfrom Texas State University President Kelly Damphousse. It was not immediately clear whether the student was expelled or voluntarily withdrew. In Damphousse’s statement, he called the video “disturbing” and condemned the student’s behavior. “I will not tolerate behavior that mocks, trivializes, or promotes violence on our campuses,” Damphousse said. -
Looks like you cut out a part saying yes Mormons are Christian from your AI answer

Just cherry-picked numbers with zero context. Any simple minded fool can do that.

All he did was cite facts?!? What a rube! Proves that he is unfit to continue serving the American public. Answering with facts is the worst form of congressional hearing answering technique to make a point about the effectiveness of a federal government department or program. Facts? Sheesh. Patel should have cited his DEI commitment statement and recognized the nearby indian burial ground to be considered at all competent at fighting crime.

I researched a little myself. She's commented that she's wrestling 160 in college and usually weighed in at 158 to 163 for 76kg (167lbs). She thought 68kg (150lbs) might actually be a more "natural" wrestling weight. But she's wanted to try it out before making a final decision about which Olympic weight to choose going forward.

It is a matter of debate whether Mormons are Christian , with differing perspectives from within and outside the faith. Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), the main Mormon body, identify as Christian and center their worship on Jesus Christ. However, most other Christian denominations consider the distinct beliefs of Mormonism to fall outside traditional Christian theology.

My best speculation is just trying to make the best possible USA lineup; Blades/Elor/Welker is on paper a salty lineup. . . But Blades looks like the cut is affecting her more than desired, and Elor is obviously pregnant so out for a little and I would guess that this plan was in place before the pregnancy happened (otherwise Blades probably would be at 72).
-
I don't know the story behind Blades moving from 76 down to 68. Why did she move down? I've thought her results at 68 have given warning signs that she's not as good there before this. She looks so powerful and so athletic at 76. Anybody know the story?

Trump's DOJ wants to criminalize free speech

Yep. She screwed the pooch on this one. Quite the remarkable unforced error. When the opposition is making him/her/itself look crazy, unhinged, dangerous, etc. the more he talks the best thing to do is shut up and let him. She needs to exercise her right not to speak and shut up. -
Correct, i don't think people in the US generally want to live in a theocracy. That is better left for individual voluntary consideration. But I think most people want to live in a well regulated society that is governed by timeless principles of individual liberty. Those principles are espoused in the Constitution and Judeo/Christian thought. mspart

I saw a clip where the guy was asking if you would want to work with a person that celebrated the murder of an individual, may they be whoever they are. Who wants to work next to someone like that? For that reason, it may be that they should be fired. Or you find another job. It seems to me that the old school saying applies here: If you have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all. Remember that? Corallary is: It is better to be silent and thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. In today's age of instant celebrity etc, we are encouraged to put our worst selves out there for everyone to see. Perhaps it is time to rein that in. Self control here would resolve a lot of these issues. That goes against what is taught today, but like most things that have been true for centuries and millenia, they are still true today. mspart -

How many people have been relevent at 65 for 6 years? I can't remember anyone recently and there has been some great wrestlers at this weight. That's what it would take, he won aged 20 in 2022. Yes, 0 chance. I'm 100% sure he wont be a gold winner in 2028. He cant replicate his success at 74

Sorry..late to this topic, but I'm super curious about what's happening behind closed doors in N Korea like everyone else. I saw their women's U20 world cup team was doing well last year and watched a few game highlight packages for one reason--to see how the girls acted. I was pleasantly surprised. They were high energy, passionate, laughing and celebrating, bouncing back from adversity...all the things you'd hope to see in your team's psyche. No one here will agree with their tactics of governing, but they've undoubtedly figured out how to coach in the sports they care about.

We still don’t know what Thomas Crooks motive was. There is some evidence for both political sides given the Act Blue donation and him being a registered Republican. But based on his search history it seems the most likely scenario was he just wanted to be infamous and Trump happened to come closer to his house. The guy at the golf course wasn’t really a leftist. He was a past Trump voter that became a pro-Ukraine fanatic.

Disappointed at the tournament the women had for sure. But they are super young
-
They tried twice so far. Only missed by 3/8 of an inch the first time. The second time the assassin screwed up by sticking the barrel of his rifle through the fence 6 inches. Otherwise Trump would have died.

I'd pump the brakes on GOAT talk, one of his teammates has better odds at a much weaker weight for the coming years. He'd have to go on THE all-time tear
