Is this a legal question? I don't know all the rule differences between Federal and Private. But what is right? There are many federal jobs that require critical thinking. If you cannot discern simple cases as fake from real, I don't want you in positions to make critical thinking jobs. Like a judge for example. There are many federal jobs that reflect on the country and its citizens. If one makes us look disgustingly bad, I don't want to pay their salary. It's my understanding that you can be terminated for disrupting workplace efficiency, morale, or public trust. There is more speech beyond celebrating death that should get a federal employee fired.

Didn’t make weight in Vegas 134 second day, that had to be a brutal cut for him. Looked plenty big and good at 138 this summer. Sr year and RS year who knows if he can get to 57 or not. Always feel like that’s tough to say. with roster caps I feel like the idea is to have 3/weight more or less but I think recruiting that 41-57 range is really hard to do and maybe look at some of those guys floating between weight classes.
