  1. Past hour
  2. I’ll keep on keeping on Rasta. No worries
  3. By nothing I meant nothing of any substance.
  4. Like I said. Not everyone is focused on outrage. But keep being you Cavy! We love ya!
  5. I would suspect there would be outrage if he actually stole it vs them letting him have it. Possibly even as a publicity stunt for their new 32 team bracket and all that tv money
  6. Not everyone looks for outrage…. My guess…the trophy went back to FIFA headquarters where it always sits in between tournaments, never with the president, king, or prime minister of the host country. *I poop my pants, don't laugh at me* talk is *I poop my pants, don't laugh at me* talk. As for Trump stuffing the medal in his pocket and the players looking at him like WTF while the president tried multiple times to lead him off stage…well Trump just does Trump things. It made some news for a few days then on to other things, like 95% of news stories.
  7. She never called for an investigation, you’re making assumptions
  8. Real Woods and Lance Palmer were on Fox and Friends
  9. They did release some documents, but in a quick skim I don’t see much. https://www.dni.gov/files/ODNI/documents/DIG/DIG-Declassified-Evidence-Obama-Subvert-President-Trump-2016-Victory-Election-July2025.pdf A lot of people seem to be focused on the claim that “they changed their conclusion!” But the initial “conclusion” was that Russia did not hack vote totals, and the later conclusion was that they ran an “influence campaign,” both of which of course are not mutually exclusive. I’ve seen some claims about “spying on Trump” but not sure where exactly in the documents that supposedly is.
  10. That's it exactly. And that's why the story died. Infantano nor FIFA are complaining. The only ones complaining are those with a beef against Trump. A story with no legs. mspart
  11. If it gets to it, that is where it will go. But they said a president is immune from prosecution as long as he/she is doing constitutional duties. Domestic post-election interference is not one of those duties I'm guessing. The wrestling board can guess and discuss what the SCOTUS meant with the decision, else why have the board? That's what we do, in the most civil way possible of course. mspart
  12. The WNBA could do themselves a big favor by upgrading their referees. Most knowledgeable fans find the officiating very sub-par. The referees for the women's NCAA basketball games are much, much better.
  13. Have you not found any outrage from fifa or infantano yet?
  14. Well it does seem the Supreme Court has taken a pretty broad interpertation of what a president can’t be charged for. Seems that would be more a question for the Supreme Court than a wrestling board.
  15. That's the thing Gabbard's report shows is that Comey et al, lied before Congress. That's a big no no as I understand it. mspart
  16. To be fair, were you expecting some new developments or something? It’s not like it rare for this kind of pot shot story to run about a 5-7 day news life. Particularly with Trump, he’s always up to something. Well, except for drawing. He’s never once drawn anything in his life. Didn’t you hear? (f**king with ya)
  17. Today
  18. https://thehill.com/homenews/media/5408024-elizabeth-warren-adam-schiff-stephen-colbert-late-show-cancellation/ “CBS canceled Colbert’s show just THREE DAYS after Colbert called out CBS parent company Paramount for its $16M settlement with Trump — a deal that looks like bribery,” Warren wrote Thursday on social platform X. “America deserves to know if his show was canceled for political reasons.” “If Paramount and CBS ended the Late Show for political reasons, the public deserves to know. And deserves better,” [Schiff] wrote. Yes, I did read the AI and when I do, I quote it as such. The Hill also reported on this. How will they get America to know the reason for the cancellation of the show next spring? An investigation is how. That is how the math works out. When a congress person is so concerned about a topic and says America deserves to know, they are talking about an investigation. At least that is what it means to me. If not to you, ok then. mspart
  19. Yep it is a wait and see situation now. But the question isn't about wait and see, it is about the SCOTUS decision and how it would impact Obama if he were indicted. Would it protect him or not? mspart
  20. You could go undefeated for 5 years and win 5 NCAA titles. Oh wait we are out of the Covid crisis. No can do.
  21. Then maybe the players have a point. mspart
  22. Go find some credible outrage from Infantino or fifa then. Where is it.
  23. Then why is this a dead story if it is of international intrigue? Late night should be having a hey day continually on this one. I don't see anything on it except this thread. Maybe the wrestling community is way ahead of the pack. mspart
  24. Are they still losing money? They just signed a TV contract with ESPN worth $200 million per year, up from $25 million per year. Add in another deal with ION for an undisclosed amount that is certainly a big jump from their old $13 million per year deal and two more expected deals and eatimates run about $260 million per year. Meanwhile three expansion franchises paid $250 million to join the league, up from $50 million. Seems like the old numbers are no longer meaningful.
  25. Hoping this works and is successful. Nervous about boring matches though. What is being done to promote exciting matches? Bout of the night awards? Guys that are boring don’t get invited back? Want guys not afraid to lose once in a while. Guys that want to put on a show.
  26. Club World Cup is different from the actual World Cup. Also the original trophy is never given to the president of the country to keep.
  27. The WNBA had a net loss of 40 million dollars last year. There are 156 players. Thats a loss of 250K per player. They have been at this for 45 years with net losses every year. In their current form WNBA for 28 years.
