I don't know if anyone else saw this, but that was embarrassing to watch. I didn't see the whole thing, saw some clips of it, but the gist of his nearly hour long rambling was he's smarter and knows better than everyone else. But doesn't offer any solutions to anything. Most heads of state keep it to around 20 minutes. There's exceptions, like Castro who spoke for 5 hours once. This just made him look even more boneheaded than he already was and was pretty embarrassing for all of us.
