No, people are bringing up past events and incidents to suggest that it's been going on for a while within their program. A former dad who has basically been going on a media tour has referenced that one of the worst culprits (along with his dad) is now wrestling at a major university. Swiderski was Dundee, but that guy has said specifically that's not who he's referring to. Barr was a Davison HS kid.

There's an investigation into the Dundee HS wrestling program here in Michigan. It stems from a specific recent incident but with that it's been brought up and discussed how that program has a long history of bullying and abuse. From some of the interviews and comments, it's pretty clear that (without naming them), Davis and his dad are some of the worst offenders. So, it'll be interesting if anything comes from that.

My understanding is they pushed him out because they wanted to give Keegan O'Toole a full-time coaching job and I'm assuming to make sure he stays after graduation. With Tyrel, they used the rational that as the top assistant it was time for him to find a head coaching position... and they helped out by taking his current job. Tyrel is the salt of the earth and an outstanding coach; anyone suggesting that he did anything to deserve this is just trying to make excuses for a pretty lousy way to treat someone.

No, KJ is solid at Michigan. It just all stems from politics. She has a perspective and other people have their own perspectives, and in this current climate, of course that means it turns intolerant and nasty - from her and others. Better off just avoiding those topics, especially on Twitter.

The idea that Rob Koll saved Stanford wrestling is unbelievably insulting to Borrelli et al., who hustled for a year to keep the team together, produce a national champ and raise millions. It was already saved before Koll got there, despite how much he wants to take credit.

His car accident was in late January, I can't imagine he'll get a medical hardship for that year.

When they're tampering with kids to induce them in the portal, no. When they're getting kids already in the portal, yes. It seems like they're doing both. I also think they, and now Oklahoma State, with their billionaire benefactors have totally skewed the market with the amounts they're throwing around. It's created an untenable situation. Who got it unfair is Michigan, who got a reputation early on for poaching all because Mark Branch whined to Willie about something untrue, and Willie turned around and reported it as fact. But Buchanan didn't end up at Michigan, nor did some unnamed Virginia Tech kid (supposedly Stewart) that some anonymous VT idiot superfan started rumors about last summer nor did Yara Slavakouski, who Mineo accused Michigan of tampering with then deleted the tweet. Every one of those instances was always BS.

The portal window doesn't matter, if his "destination was confirmed prior to him officially entering," that's tampering.
