  2. Evans with the TF. Will see 2 seed Munch, Lehigh starter, in quarters. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Evans with a round of 32 pin and now up 14-1 in the second in R16. Kasak with a first round bye (lame) and a first period pin in R16. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Peddling*. Not sure why my phone autocorrected to the wrong word. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Ah yes. Travis in Flint. Quite the authority. Do you realize how dumb you sound? Now, if I see an actual motion filed by an actual attorney, in an actual court? That would mean something. Right now you’re just pedaling bullshit. Also, there are multiple attorneys representing Carroll. Which one was it, Travis in Flint? Notice how he doesn’t name anyone? He just throws around a rumor with no basis, so he can’t be fact checked. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Twitter, of course. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  7. Looks like both Kasak and Evans will be missing the dual tomorrow vs Maryland. They’re heading to the Mat Town II Open to get some matches. I imagine we might see this happen again next weekend. tOSU on Friday and an open on Saturday or Sunday. Not sure who will go at 149. Maybe Pierce or Heard. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Penn State has one of the largest alumni populations in the country. It’s not like they all live in State College and are driving to Maryland. Plenty of them are local to the area. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. No dual with a forfeit is dual of the year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Penn State fan base travels well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I could also see Carter breaking Kennedy in half with a bow and arrow, walking up to the Iowa bench and drawing his hand across his throat. Team points be damned. He loves playing the villain. The dude walks out to the theme song from Halloween. Not kidding. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I’m just imagining Carter standing in the middle of the mat, pointing at Gabe on the bench, saying, “You!” while Angel Rivera and Kennedy wait for him. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. A phrase we use in my line of work: “Everyone wants to be a gangster until it’s time to do gangster shit.” No one knows how they will react in a horrible situation until it happens. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. You might want to review who is currently in RS and who is committed for PSU. 2026 PSU is going to be young-ish but you’ll have SVN, Haines, Nagao, Mesenbrink, Kasak and Davis around still. Plus Desmond, Lilledahl, Henckel, Sealey, Ryder, Barr, Facundo, Cunningham, Duke, Perry and the Mirasola twins. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  15. I’d take Mendez over Bartlett based on recent appearances. That said, Bartlett is a superb counter wrestler and Mendez will take a lot of shots. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  16. Caleb Fish gave Mesenbrink his best non-PSU match of the year. By a good stretch. That dude went for it. Really impressed by him. Hope he AAs this year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Yes. Plenty of state schools have extension campuses; I doubt many have them 1000+ miles from the state in question. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. At the very distant University of Iowa Extension Campus, no doubt. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. My wife has had several female OTC and WCAP athletes in her classes. Has another one this semester. We’ve seen two of them out and about in town. I think they appreciated the fact that I knew who they were and had an interest in their careers. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  20. Mesenbrink would have one loss in your scenario as well. Currently undefeated. If he wins out through B1Gs, he’s the 2 seed. And, assuming that loss is at B1Gs to Hamiti, he’d be whatever and 1 as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Who else took an Olympic RS without being qualified or trying to qualify for OTTs? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Taking a break from not being enrolled. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. This came up on the Penn State board. There are some people taking an Olympic RS this year. Whether or not they have “real” chances of making the team or not is irrelevant; you could say that there are only a handful of guys at each weight who do. If you qualify for an Olympic RS but then don’t meet the criteria to qualify for the OTTs (or even try to meet them, such as entering Senior Nationals, US Open, go to U20/U23 and medal, or entering + win the last chance), your RS should be burned and that season of eligibility should go up in smoke. The rule is in place to help people who are actually trying to make an Olympic team. Yes, this is about a very particular individual. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. 55 years ago? You think it stopped 55 years ago? My first infantry battalion commander was in South America in the early 2000s. A contractor I know spent half of his 22 year Army SF career in Central and South America. Neither of them are 60 yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
