Is Truax the weak link in the Penn State lineup?
Caveira replied to Jimmy Cinnabon's topic in College Wrestling
It was impressive. Not diminishing it but if you play chess I don’t think it’s all that remarkable to have noticed…..: Now to be able to understand who is winning why or what moves are good or bad. Different story lol. I sure can’t keep up with magnus brain or whatever super GM he is beating in that game. this is the game: https://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1820407 -

Nothing. Just posting Cinnabon nonsense. It’s a magnus Carlson match fwiw. The spacing sucks on the copy and paste though. -
A couple of days ago. Aj posted this on his Facebook page. The video essentially says Iowa cheated to get their stall call for ot and Ferrari was attacked and did nothing wrong but defend himself. Seems like Aj has a lot of remorse here. I really hope Iowa doesn’t take him.

Caveira replied to 1032004's topic in College Wrestling
There are 50 million posts about how the brands bros are the second coming of atilla the hun….. how did this guy get DQ’ed 5/6 times and fly under the radar? Puts certain things in perspective. Has it always been the same coach???? -
Saw a post from purler wrestling on Facebook. Something about stop messing with the rules every 30 seconds. Wish I could post a pic of it….. cause they are right.

You cracked the riddle? It was learned at oksu. Taught to bo when he started mma. And the ford focus learned it from the original oksu masters. It’s all John smiths fault.

Stepping back - is AJ's behavior really THAT bad?

Old English, also known as Anglo-Saxon, was the early form of the English language spoken and written in parts of what are now England and southern Scotland between the 5th and 11th centuries. It is a Germanic language that evolved from the languages spoken by the Anglo-Saxons, who were early Germanic tribes that migrated to England. Old English is distinct from contemporary English in its vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation. Its written form can be found in various manuscripts, with the epic poem "Beowulf" being one of the most celebrated examples of Old English literature. "Beowulf," composed in Old English, is an epic poem that narrates the heroic deeds of the Geatish warrior Beowulf. Written in the early 8th century Studying Old English and "Beowulf" not only offers a linguistic journey into the roots of the English language but also provides a window into the cultural and historical context of early medieval England. The challenges and triumphs faced by Beowulf reflect the societal norms and ideals of the time, making it a crucial text for understanding the evolution of English literature and the enduring appeal of heroic narratives. Despite the linguistic gap between Old English and modern English, the study of this early form of the language, coupled with the exploration of "Beowulf," allows us to appreciate the foundations upon which the English literary tradition is built. pay thy debts -
Iowa should STILL welcome the Ferraris

People willing to be that religious I front of millions tend to be farther down that road. Calling out other religions on national television is pretty far right. Really doesn’t get more far right than that. unless your South Park. Then you get a pass. -

That’s not the way he said it … quote from the article. I think he was “growing the sport” when he came up with that line lol: Brooks explained. “You can only get that through him, it will be spread only through him. No false prophets, no Muhammad nor anyone else. Only Jesus Christ himself.” -
Iowa should STILL welcome the Ferraris
Caveira replied to Jimmy Cinnabon's topic in College Wrestling
You sure can. And there is no need to answer that way on national tv. Bla bla glory be … thanks to my coaches… teammates …. My faith ……. That’s the answer. This video would do you some good. -

Correct. I didn’t count brooks in the math though. Point was only 1 (desanto) were wore the black and gold. several news outlets picked up brooks poor choice of worlds. Hope he doesn’t want a job in corporate America. Hard to explain that away in an interview https://www.foxnews.com/sports/ncaa-wrestler-comes-under-fire-suggesting-muhammad-false-prophet-professing-belief-christ.amp https://deadspin.com/aaron-brooks-penn-state-islam-1850245650 https://www.pennlive.com/pennstate/2023/03/penn-state-wrestling-champ-under-fire-for-comments-disparaging-islamic-prophet-muhammad.html?outputType=amp https://news.yahoo.com/wrestler-condemned-unacceptable-air-comments-212809881.html -
I agree. A what Bo did was reprehensible. We can agree on something.
-
He learned it from Bo Nickal.

Best video of the incident I’ve seen so far. He definitely hits the ref (probably on accident…. But still you can’t do that). You also get to see the splits / double bird. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZT8CyudVQ/

Two never wrestled for the Hawkeyes. I’m not touching Downey with a 10 foot pole. One made national news for bashing a religion. Those zealots make good husbands I hear. -

What happened last year? Did an Iowa wrestler insult 1.8 billion of the world’s religious population on national tv? -
Was this during the award ceremony where glazier was getting his trophy ? It wasn’t on the live broadcast but you can hear loud booing when glazier was getting the award… glazier glancing over with a weird look on his face. I found the pic on twitter. I’ll find the whole post edited for twitter post
-
I’m not defending him. He’s a loon. Look at my other posts.

Looked more like a slap tbh. Did he graze the ref maybe or on accident ?

Someone said he did the splits while giving the middle finger on the hawks board. I watched the live stream didn’t recall that. Wow ? Possibly a double finger but that right arm is cropped out of the shot. Not a great look….. also he can’t do the splits lol.
