My car was stolen back in Feb of this year in Chicago. Getting it reported was a huge pain in the azz. To make matters worse it was stolen from the front of my house. They made me Uber to the police station to report it….. wouldn’t take the report over the phone…… and I needed the report for the insurance claim. Was a pizz poor cust sat issue for me but like they say. You can’t fight city hall. No one seemed to care but hey. The times we live in are crazy.
