  3. I am a big J'den fan also. Hope he stays close to the sport
  4. I absolutely love the tradition of leaving the shoes on the mat as a way of retiring. No other sport has anything as good.
  5. I felt like it wasn't a big deal at all. Mesenbrink was very intense. Burroughs gave him a shove. It's not a big deal. Don't make it one.
  6. Dominant win by Burroughs
  7. I think Chance but will be a good one
  8. Tough fought - but very convincing win by Velte

  18. for you - I'll buy you one before weight in - and another one after Impressive feat by the way. We once did a beer mile back in high school - you gather around a track on a saturday with a cooler of beers. and you drink one beer at the beginning, and then another as you finish each lap. I puked during lap three, but finished the mile under seven minutes (not great, but I was nearly drunk by the end)
  19. I'll buy him one right after weigh-ins if he promises to drink it
  20. I am not personally familiar with the situation at CMU, however, it would come as a great surprise to me if that was the case. If they were already on the cusp of cutting the program, I guess there could be some minor benefit of dropping at the same time as another school, but to think it would be a driving factor seems extremely unlikely.
  21. I knew he was a good wrestler. I didn't know he couldn't count. Next time Cael will count for him and yell to him what the score is.
  22. So back to actual coaching candidates instead of predicting the demise of the program... with Reader back in Wisconsin for next year, who are some options? August Wesley comes to mind immediately
  23. I appreciate your positivity brother
