  1. As a born and bred east coaster I can confirm that Baltimore qualifies as coast.
  2. Thanks I didn't know that
  3. A combination of that and that it had been said that if Franek were not there originally, Caliendo would have been at 157 all along.
  4. My guess is that Angelo will and should redshirt. Anthony will never be welcome back. And AJ is maybe 40% chance of coming back for them. I hope they choose Glazier instead who gained a lot of respect from me and others last year.
  5. Iowa Hawkeyes 125: Drake Ayala (will wrestle limited matches like Glory did to help manage the cut over the course of the season). Joey Cruz will fill in when Ayala has to bump up or sit out 133: Kale Peterson 141: Ryder Block 149: Kyle Parco 157: Mikey Caliendo 165: Patrick Kennedy 174: Gabe Arnold 184: Nelson Brands 197: Zach Glazier 285: Ben Kueter
  6. Looking at the brackets - did both Hughes and McComas miss weight?
  7. He suffered a pretty serious injury during Greco WTT last year. Excited to see him move forward
  8. I had thought he did as well, but it doesn't appear to be so - looking at his WS profile
  9. Good mentions so far. Here are a few others to keep in mind: 125: Greg Diakomihalis, Marc-Anthony McGowan 133: Tyler Knox 141: 149: Kannon Webster, Sam Cartella, Dylan Gilcher 157: 165: Terrell Barraclough 174: Gabe Arnold, Lorenzo Norman 184: Josh Barr 197: Sonny Sasso, Gavin Nelson 285: Jim Mullen, Ben Kueter
  10. Mateo de la Pena from Cal Baptist to Pitt
  11. Brock McMillen to Pitt-Johnstown
  12. Looks like PJ Casale has removed himself from the portal and will be back at Rutgers
  13. Max Acciardi from Cal Baptist to Arizona State
  14. He could be right there. I haven't seen enough of him in folkstyle. I saw a match in which he beat Lemley but he exhibited mostly an excellent defense and they were separated by a single opportunistic move on Hughes part. I was asking because I am not as familiar with him
  15. I don't know about Electric Boogaloo, but I used to love Electric Avenue in Brixton back in the day. Fun area
  16. What do you say Gus. 133 is a pretty deep weight class. back of the envelope odds that Hughes AA's this year. Latona moves up to 133, but McGonagle moves in to starting from backup. Lucas Byrd comes back from medical redshirt. Brett Ungar is added to the mix up from 125. Otherwise you have some familiar faces: Ryan Crookham Nassir Bailey Dylan Ragusin Dylan Shawver Kai Orine Evan Frost Aaron Nagao Tyler Wells Marlon Yarbrough
  17. While true it's still funny
  18. Nijenhuis to Bakersfield
  19. I would argue that Cassioppi got better during that period, but Kerkvliet got a lot better. He's not worth responding to but while we're here, the premise is flawed because there are two moving targets and he is asserting a conclusion based on generating controversy
  20. a wonderful coincidence or perhaps fate.
  21. This was one of my previous schools logos. I didn't intentionally line up with NHS although its cool they are looking in opposite directions
  22. I was wondering if Sinclair might start at 197 and Rocky bump to 285 for a year
  23. re: AJ Heeg and Oklahoma State guys. His dad posted on Twitter that John Smith was not considered his coach at that point in time - it was interim coach Coleman Scott until May 11th. So the clock starts again from there.
  24. Andrew Blackburn-Forst officially to NDSU (after being unofficially there for about a month)
