  1. This is why I love the Spencer Moore story. He started for North Carolina when he was 17 years old! He finished high school early because of covid restrictions.
  2. Couple guys who have eligibility left, but have naturally finished degrees at their schools. They may have HEW, but for the right price, someone could entice Kurt Phipps and Mickey O'Malley
  3. I wanted to put him there and originally did, but I'll let him make the announcement lol. I probably should have just put him there. Also I was going to add Olivieri but my fifteen minutes were up
  4. So many of these guys from Illinois 125: Ramazan Attausauov, Illinois / Markel Baker, George Mason 133: Lucas Byrd, Illinois 141: Andrew Alirez, Northern Colorado / Frankie Tal-Shahar, Northwestern 149: Colin Realbuto, Northern Iowa 157: Cobe Siebrecht, Iowa 165: Danny Braunagel, Illinois 174: Josh Ogunsanya, North Carolina / Alex Facundo, Penn State / Darrien Roberts, Morgan State 184: Nelson Brands, Iowa / DeAnthony Parker, Oklahoma 197: Zach Braunagel, Illinois / Braxton Amos, Wisconsin 285: Jacob Bullock, Indiana
  5. Dominic Chavez, who last wrestled in 2023 season for Presbyterian as their starting 125 lber - and ranked 58 by Wrestlestat - has transferred to Texas Wesleyan
  6. I missed that. At least the French helped us against the British in the American Revolution. Belarus would be far less welcome on a singlet lol. But I'm not actually upset about it - I was just surprised by it. I guess respect for another person can transcend politics in a way that I should be happy about.
  7. I'm not a very patriotic person, but wearing a French national jersey is kinda weird during an American World Team Trial tournament...
  8. Olguin back down to 165 then I suppose
  9. Wow great move! But what does that mean for weight class?
  10. If Bono starts next season as coach, someone is asleep behind the wheel
  11. Thanks and noted! I think its a great fit for him and whoever called out that he would prioritize academically strong institutions for his next landing spot was correct.

  13. Askey I could see fitting in well. Regarding Oakley - if they brought him on board, would the plan be to redshirt Tyler Wells?
  14. They should hone in on Rylan Rogers for 184 and Evan Bockman for 197.
  15. Fish beat Julian Ramirez in the first round of NCAAs in 2023. This past year his best wins were over Cam Amine, Garrett Thompson, and Noah Mulvaney
  16. OK State now has zero holes and lots of depth 125: Spratley 133: Hughes / Blankenship 141: Jamison / McComas RS 149: Williams / Young 157: Travis 165: Fish 174: Hamiti 184: Plott/ Thompson RS 197: Surber / Carroll 285: Doucet / Merrill RS
  17. Absolutely. I was happy to see him in the portal. Any thoughts on where he could land?
  18. I believe there are many shades of grey in understanding and assumptions when it could come to something like this. Robinson could have believed he was coming when that was never an explicit intention. And maybe that's okay on both sides.
  19. "Last impressions are lasting impressions" and in spite of winning the title all I can remember is that snot hanging
  20. I think Ethan Oakley would fit in well on the West Virginia lineup
  21. Yep he was a freshman NQ for the Bulls. It also makes me reflect on the immense success Lock Haven has had in the portal recently. Noto, Henson, Bassett, and now Stampoulos. In this age of everyone whining about the disadvantages of being a small school, they seem to he doing just fine.
