    As a VT fan, I hope you are way wrong. Honestly though, there are lots of toss up matches that could go wrong and tilt the score to a lopsided loss for VT. If VT can get by without giving up bonus points at 184 and hvy, that would help but TJ is 0-5 and Plott is a dawg, he might be lucky to hold it to a MD

    Yup. The wheels are off and the bus is in the ditch. His dad posts all the time on the VT board according to my buddy. In preseason, he said the only person who could beat him in the country at 184 is himself. Well he is 4-0 against himself. That didn’t age well.

    Curious if anyone has any upset predictions? Mine is Hipolito over P Johnson. It’s a homer pick but Hip is a raw talent and has the tools to get an upset or two. The dude’s ceiling is really high just needs more mat time vs BJJ

    I’ve watched all of Henson’s matches this year. He hasn’t wrestled any top guys other than Mizzou but has a 100% bonus rate. I’d love for him to scrap with SVN before March but not sure it’ll happen. He has been battling an undisclosed injury but so far I’d say he’s jump a level or so and should be in peak form by March. He’s wrestling uber confident and aggressive

    I think you are right. I think he dropped a match or two but think it was to ranked wrestlers last year. Last night’s loss was not a good look. My friend said his dad is posting on the hokie board that he hasn’t trained much in the off season bc of an injury. I’d be pi$$ed if my dad was throwing my business on a forum. My buddy said his dad is a drama queen. Actually threw shade on the Mizzou guy who ended up beating Stewart.

    VT’s Stewart loses to a Rutgers back up is a pretty big upset. He is now 0-2 and probably unranked from a preseason rank of 5 or so.

    VT’s Stewart is now 0-2 and lost to a backup wrestler. I see now why Flo said there is a roster battle at 184 for VT. The VT board said Stewart is coming off an injury but I call BS.

    Rutgers vs VT at the moss arts center. That’s one of the best venues in all of college wrestling.

    KOT looks like he’s doing fine up 174. Wolak played defense the majority of the match. At 184, hawks should get a good ranking bump. Stewart was #5 and likely rated too high. If Stewart wrestles like he did against Rutgers he’ll be 0-2.
