I can't speak for the left any more than I can speak for the right. Both parties are full of sh**. Those of us that don't support either R or L need to figure things out on our own. But from my limited experience, I would consider them more carefully: "Undocumented" and "illegal" are not the same thing. (Whoever doesn't get that should google it ASAP.) "Minor attracted" persons for "pedo". Oof - That one is untouchable... I pass. (And, just for your reference, you posting that does make you appear a little too interested in it. Weird that we agree on so many things. Yes, the far right is racist and excludes people. Which is how America has been since its existence. That is mostly true. The issue here is really about if we want our country to continue down that path. We'll have to see how that plays out. Trump's approval numbers will give maybe some idea - but it's foggy. But slavery was common around the world at the time. In fact, slavery still exists in multiple countries to this very day. Something that should shock most people. Our Constitution is awesome. Not because it was written by old white guys, but because it was so well written. The problem is that current old white guys think it's a good idea to ignore/bypass the Constitution. Which it is not. Paul, why such a bonehead post? As in the OP, prices are going up significantly. It's called "inflation." Anybody who does any grocery shopping has been seeing it for the last 6 months. And it's getting worse. If you've been shopping around prices on cars - you've seen it, too. Dealerships have adjusted their focus to sell used cars to compensate for the ridiculously high prices on new ones. Watch anywhere you're looking to spend your hard-earned dollars, and you'll find higher prices. Inflation has been on the rise for the last 6 months. (Don't try to blame it on people from years ago. That's pathetic political BS. Just as pathetic as your recommendation to "print money"... unless it as an attempt at humor. In which case, you suck at humor.)

Agreed. Nothing can justify his assassination. It was terrible, cowardly, and despicable in every way. What Charlie did was invite discussion. It may not have been perfect discussion. But it put him far ahead of most involved in politics (and most politicians.) Without discussion. Nothing will improve. Unfortunately, so many feel the need to stymie discussion (some from this country, some from others.) You don't need to look far for examples. We're here on a discussion board. A place that exists purely for discussion. Yet, when many start a discussion thread - others do their very best to stop the discussion in its tracks. I don't know any social media site that is any different. So many potential sources of discussion - yet so little discussion can take place. People who aren't interested in the discussion immediately pounce on it to try to end it. Watch here with a careful eye, and you'll see it.

I did. I'm not a radical leftist. Not a leftist at all. Then again, I'm not a rightist either. What I think is that you should be allowed to love Jesus, hate abortion, and love freedom. It is a free country. Many Americans have given up their lives to both make it a free country and to keep it one. I also think others should be allowed to love other deities, support abortion, and love freedom. For the exact same reasons. We're on the same page. America is the land of freedom - I don't support anyone who tries to take away our freedoms. Nobody can be allowed to do that, no matter who they are.

Inflation is here. Visit the grocery store. Prices are rising dramatically. Prices have been going up on everything. ... all while Trump tells us inflation isn't happening - BUT IT IS HAPPENING. The Trump administration needs to stop trying to gaslight us. Americans aren't stupid - we know where we spend our money and how much we spend. (If only Americans were smart enough to figure out that the tariffs are taxes on us - the consumers. They caused the price increases.)
