    He was in a different region than he lived in too; NE region for Beca vs SE region for CBW (where he lived) and that applied to several state champions on that team - SE region is weaker, but since it has more schools, it gets 1 more qualifier.

    Who will be 133 for Penn state then? Howard or Davis with Lillendahl going 125? Also I'd assume Tyler Kasak redshirts

    Actually now I think he is wrestling 133 as the post says and not redshirting this year

    I heard Noto looking to redshirt this year and be 133 next year. Strickland would still be 133 this year

    Columbia tied Penn last year in the EIWA tournament. Cornell will continue to dominate based on coaching and recruits, but the #2 position isn't nearly as clear.

    A lot of people wore singlets for other countries. We're these singlets that belonged to coaches of theirs? Knox had Belarus

    I'm going off memory and it was a long time ago. I don't remember him getting shots off takedowns. or even taking real shots, just sort of non-committal shots to avoid stall calls. Won matches on the mat and with neutral defense, I really do hope he does well at Penn

    I feel like he was going out of bounds a lot against Fleeger and Scott, but it's been a long time since Ive seen those matches. Did he have any kind of freestyle career after? Usually people who wrestle the way I said, don't. Anyways good luck to him and the program. I'm not sure why he wasn't involved more so far despite being employed by the school. They've had a lot of big name coaches and national team members in that room

    Penn has underperformed so far and I think that has hurt them recruiting wise. Valenti a bit of a defensive wrestler, a lot of wins by escape and riding time.

    he also had a loss to Paniro Johnson (that he avenged in the NCAAs) I think Kasak RSs and goes back to 141.

    Agree, i think the top half looks worse. I expect the bottom to be 2 vs 3 in the semis with 2 winning Top may be full of upsets with peterson, Figueroa and noto. Plus the 1 seed and former #1

    guys moving in opposite directions that post above seems to say 70% win rate, I don't think he has that.

    would they consider they they had a dual against each other and Crookham wrestled and Fix did not?
