  1. The mat wrestling is always what gets the FS guys in folk. Ono is a brute for his size though, shouldn't take much to coach him up on how to ride/turn people, just teach him something easy like the Tulsa ride. He's lightning fast so escapes should come naturally. I'll be honest, I don't think he'll be able to win an NCAA title, but he'll be in the hunt. What's going on with Nagao? Is he transferring out or moving up?
  2. I've noticed a lot of techs in FS for several years now. Scoring needs to be tweaked or something, maybe?
  3. A guy earlier in the thread said Ono already had 3 years of college in Japan.
  4. You mean not being a low IQ simp fooled by the extremely stupid conman Donald Trump? Yeah, that's simply unforgiveable.
  5. My day was late 70's, early 80's. I did wrestle a lot of Sr level FS in the early 90s. I just do low impact stuff like BJJ now that I'm an old geezer. Thanks for actually pointing the rich boys from my day. Was Kirk Pendleton any relation to the Pendleton who won a couple titles at OSU?
  6. I believe you, but don't most their kids get scholarships?
  7. Buddy, I can't name one single rich kid who was a great wrestler from MY day. If that's such a stupid comment, NAME ONE and prove me wrong.
  8. So criticizing extremely stupid and incompetent Donald Trump is "stupid shi te"? You Trumpanzees are SO SENSITVE about criticism to your master, huh?
  9. Another butthurt Trumpanzee. And speeaking of "special types of stupid", the Trumpanzee type is King
  10. Especially now that the baby man is in charge.
  11. Like I said in an earlier post I'm content to drop the matter to avoid upsetting Trump's ultra-sensitive supporters, but when morons who can't comprehend the issue of deportation argue that I'm an idiot for NOTICING IT, that's when slapdowns are earned.
  12. I take the criticism of low IQ Trump cultists the same way I do a raspberry from monkeys at the zoo, and for the same reason.
  13. Look who it caught...you.
  14. True enough, but in this instance the anti-foreigner stance of the mercurial infant in the White House is relevant. The people who don't think it's relevant apparently haven't noticed that people are being illegally deported by the conman, and also they apparently aren't aware of the current animus between DC and Japan, all caused by the baby-man in DC. Predictably, like all Trumpers, they either feign ignorance or, most likely, don't have to feign ignorance of the situation.
  15. It's good because schools like PSU, Iowa, and OSU won't be able to hoard talent. Barraclough for example, riding the bench at PSU for years when he was clearly a very good wrestler and could've been a 3 or 4 year starter at most schools. I had no idea Sacred Heart had over 50 guys on their wrestling team. That's insane.
  16. I'm the type of idiot who didn't vote for the low IQ conman/traitor who unnecessarily crashed the economy and stock market.
  17. 30 roster spots. That's good news for the smaller schools.
  18. Everybody is selfish. We all want to enjoy watching him for more than a year.
  19. I don't know. Maybe none. But Trump has been agitating the Japanese a lot lately. He pissed them off so much they are selling off American debt, which is making the dollar decline. I could easily see a baby-man like Trump just willy-nilly writing up an illegal executive order deporting people to show his supporters he's a "tough guy" and won't brook any backtalk from countries like Japan. Anyway, that's the last I'll mention of it. Trump's supporters are awfully sensitive fellows and I don't want to upset them.
  20. They should change the rule on leglaces and other perpetual moves. After scoring a turn they should just start from the feet again.
  21. I wouldn't bet on it. We don't have a sane, rational person running this country right now.
  22. They'd be wise not to stand in my way.
  23. I made it through college in 3 years. Technically I should still have a year's eligibility, right? Graduated in 1986.
  24. I'm shocked that you are shocked that I'm shocked. That's shocked cubed.
