  1. For PSU I have Lilledahl, Bartlett, Kasak, Starocci winning NCs.
  2. I think Iowa will have one, maybe two champs. I think Ayala beats Byrd next time they wrestle, and I think Buchanon has a 33% chance of becoming champ.
  3. I don't know about that, I've seen some pretty good wrestlers come out of there. Pretty funny comment about Jordan though
  4. Yup. All that losing in the QF guarantees is an R12 finish.
  5. I wonder if Hentshel put too much time into his youtube channel and not enough into training?
  6. Re-submitting. I had a guy seeded #16 in previous prediction. 125 McCrone 133 Van Dee 141 Schwartz 149 Travis 157 Teemer 165 Bianchi 174 Sax 184 Hawks 197 McDanel HWT Runyan
  7. They are natural rivals because they are both elite teams.
  8. To be honest he probably made more money doing all the goofy stuff instead of wrestling on the Sr level.
  9. There's the answer, Verne Gagne. I figured it would be a rodent, they have a very strong HWT tradition.
  10. Ayala. I don't think Byrd catches him again.
  11. Henson. I'll be rooting for Lovett though.
  12. Clearly it comes down to Kasak or Shapiro. Shapiro is really good, but less battle tested than Kasak due to a relatively lightweight schedule. Kasak gets my vote.
  13. Hard to vote against KOT.
  14. Wishful thinking in all likelihood, but I picked Keck.
  15. He's young. Depending on the grade of the pulled hammy he might be affected for just a few days or a few weeks. I'm not an MD, but I watched the match. It didn't look like anything too serious to me. I wouldn't be shocked if he was 100% at NCAAs.
  16. OSU/PSU is a natural rivalry, those teams should always wrestle.
  17. It's really hard to be intimidated by a bear that's restrained by the letter "C".
  18. Back in my day the only clothing I wore to weigh in was one sock.
  19. I've had some time to think on the issue. First off, Brennan isn't the only guy getting more than one Sr season. If any of those other guys are competing, he should be allowed to as well. Secondly it's not his fault if the coaches at LR lied to him and said he had another year of eligibility, if indeed they lied. I don't think the wrestler should be punished for the sins of the coaching staff or the AD. If the NCAA had done their due diligence prior to every match then this debacle probably would've never occurred. Let the kid wrestle.
  20. You might call me a liar, but I wasn't very shocked at Cenzo beating IMAR. At B1Gs he gave IMAR a pretty good match and showed he wasn't afraid to go up top with IMAR.
  21. Kharchla falls apart at the end of the season, at least from the limited data we have on it. Remember his FR year how he came out like gangbusters, looked like a championship candidate, but lost 4 matches over the final two tournaments and limped home to a 7th place finish at NCAAs? He got beat up over the course of the season and physically was barely holding it together at the end. Then he regressed over the next couple years while battling injuries. To be perfectly honest, I'll be surprised if he makes AA next week, despite his skills.
  22. Lilledahl smoking Ramos last week 12-4 showed me who the favorite is.
