    i posted this somewhere else... yes congress gave the money to the dept. but the dept. decides how to spend. they are unelected.. so another unelected person exposing them for their corruption and waste doesn't seem like a problem

    you keep missing the point. yes, congress gave money to these departments legally. but just to the department, without stipulation. this is the problem. this is where the corruption exists. and if you can't see that... then you can't be helped. it's coming to light and it's not good. the best part is you KNOW it yet defend it
