    I’ve been a casual college wrestling fan for 7 years or so, and I have no idea why psu fans (or at least the bandwagon jumping variety) are so obsessed with Iowa and take cheap shots at every turn.

    Lol, we called it st. Ed’s too, sorry. My first varsity match, at a tournament, was against a St. Edward guy, Jeff “Bubba” Strauss. I got decked in short order. He went on to win state championships and wrestle for Dan Gable.

    Win and bonus percentages corrected for average rank of opponents would be meaningful. PSU drops way down with the correction.
