  1. Awful way to end it. 0-0 and Jordyn Raney pulls something in his ankle and can't continue
  2. Merrill wrestling his match. Mocco was really good in their last match getting to legs but got worn down. He really has had no offense in this one. Merrill wins 4-1 (3-0 without the double stall calls during the ride out)
  3. Kudos to Dhabolt for making Melvin work for it. He looked improved from Elite 8
  4. No, but he has a new wardrobe
  5. Yeah. I said I think they have a better shot at advancing than the other lotto teams. I'm not predicting they beat NC State, and like I said it's unclear which brackets feed into the second round of consis so I don't know that they could even get matched up with NC State. Which lotto team do you think advances that furthest?
  6. All 5 of the lotto ball teams project to lose in R1. Lehigh, ASU, Mizzou, Wyoming, and LRA. In cosi R1, I think Lehigh beats ASU, Mizzou beats LRA, and Wyoming loses to the VT/Minny loser. So that leaves Lehigh and Mizzou. It's unclear which topside brackets feed into the consi R2 though so I can't easily estimate further. Assuming the quarterfinal losers go to the opposite side in the consis and things go chalk, Lehigh could have Illinois or NC State in consi R2 and Mizzou could have either VT/Minny or Michigan. So I think Lehigh has the best chance to advance
  7. The way I read the bracket, the highest consi finish is 5th unfortunately.
  8. Officially: 4. OK State 3. Ohio State 2. Nebraska 1. Iowa
  9. Sure thing. Anyone who misses the postseason for reasons other than poor performance (injury most likely) gets removed from the denominator. It should be the final set of matches with it being only a month away, but we will see
  10. Yeah our 97kg guy was getting destroyed by Christian Carroll at WTT but Carroll got hurt in the match and had to default. He could've been a good rep for us. I think Kueter is recovering from injury as well.
  11. I'll take the over. There are 10 D1 matches, so 20 D1 competitors. Of the 19 who have completed at least one NCAA season, 17 have AA'd.
  12. Not as many 1s and 2s as you'd like but that's a really strong lineup of matches. No PSU, Iowa, or Nebraska guys might hurt viewership, but these are worth tuning in for. The D3 champ vs the D2 runner-up is a cool addition. Ty Watters is WVU btw
