Never have bet... never will bet. How does my not being a betting person change the result of tonights match where Laird was the better wrestler? It has nothing to do with my mouth... probably more to do with Deans legs and Laird's arms. actually your twisting words now.... It was said Laird was the better wrestler....you disagreed... I said he proved it.... and he did. If Dean beats him later then you can claim they are 1-1 against each other. Until then, Laird owns the head to head.

Probably should make sure the grandparents from both sides are there as well for the eye ball test...or at least have them fill out a stat sheet.

I think he is 20 if I remember correctly..... so their next NCAA champ could come in 2029 if he gets all of his shirts in order.

I like Soldano...but saying he is 100% going to be #7-#8 at the NCAA after losing to #6 Trey Munoz is not how it usually works.

Doesn't he have to redshirt this year if he is in the portal now? I echo the sentiments that it's too bad for Branch... He seems to have done a great job coaching him. Is this NIL motivated? If so we might see an announcement VERY soon from Iowa the team he transfers to.

I can think of a few people who will definitely bat an eye if he goes from finalist to DNP.

Why is your answer to , "you haven't watched him then" a link to an Iowa forum? Have you actually watched? .He didn't look better against Elam or Penn.... he looks to be further away from a national title than he was last year. Obviously things can change, but based on what we have seen so far I would not pick him to make the finals.

To clarify, did Lee have both knees repaired? I know the first surgery was the beginning of January last year. and it went well. Did he have a second surgery on the other knee? If so, when? I would assume he is fully recovered from the first of the knee surgeries being 11 months out now.
