    IMO a stupid idea by both parties. Most tip is on cc now. Tips are also shared across workers, some cases managers as well. How are you going to break that down. It'd also just be a new loophole others would take advantage of. For instance, recently part time hauling rock for a friend, he's paying me $35 an hour. Why wouldn't I say will do it for $20/hr but allow me to get tip from destination. How much tip can I get for delivery 20,000 lb of rock? Betting i'd be better of correct?

    I could be wrong but my subjective observation is seems its the refs job to put the wrong guy on the clock first thus when he puts the right guy on the clock second then the wrong guy who is now the right guy will win the match if 1 - 1 by virtue of scoring the last passive point thus making everything right in the match.
