Admittedly, I don't read this forum as much, but everything I see of his seems pretty benign. I know that there was a Jimmy back in my day of posting twenty years ago who was a Sqwawker fan. Unless I'm dead wrong, the current Jimmy is a PSU fan, or am I wrong? If so, that would seem like a different person.

At one pernt a Presidential candidate cannot be under legal scrutiny while running for office, only to suddenly be all in with supporting a candidate who is under legal scrutiny. No longer the Constitutional crisis that HUD McVeigh Hannity was touting in 2016. Goes to show, as I've observed for years, they don't really stand for anything, outside of opposing Democrats.

Last questions. Smoke at 225? How long do they usually take? My Traeger seems to take double the time at 225, which is maddening, but I hold firm to low and slow.

I only have wheat restriction, so I guess gluten could include other things (yeast, grains), but I drink too much of the stuff and everything I drink is wheat free.

Not much, but as Headshuck said, you have to mind the pellet hopper. If it runs down, it kills all of the heat. Other than that, they're pretty easy. Temperature stays consistent too.

I ask in seriousness: why the Dickens do people do that? And it's not just a few who day, they ALL do. Most baffling wrestling phenomenons out there.

Yes, my main frustration last night was just how freaking LONG a low and slow cook on a Traeger takes! I've never seen anything like it. Anything I cook at 225 takes hours upon hours. Two racks of St. Louis ribs took 7 1/2 hours, and that was finally turning it up to 350 for the last hour, just to end it! Just not fully sold on this Traeger.
