  1. Hence, "just as soon." Heyah, as we told our horses growing up.
  2. This is so tedious. I'm on my phone, cooking for my wife, who is ill. My phone doesn't have the ability to do that, which is why I'm telling you that it's the eighth post IN THIS THREAD. READ IT! 5÷10=50%.
  3. The 8th post in this thread, Deuce. You accused me of having to review math, all the while being inaccurate in your assertion. Any wonder why I keep saying reality is fantasy and fantasy is reality, friends? Now, any bets that ionel says that she DIDN'T say this? 5÷10=50% Look at those stalking numbers, friends!
  4. Why are you arguing about the merits of this cancelling of culture all across the country then?
  5. Yes, you did. You said that I needed to review all areas of math when I first started this. That's why I keep saying it. Reply once more, Soon of Sam, and I'll show it for all of the world to see. 2+10=20%
  6. Must be why you support book and currickutum culture cancelling, eh?
  7. Except it isn't in this case. Nothing like stereotypes, eh, friends?
  8. I refuse to play the fantasy is reality and reality is fantasy game, so it's on you. You said, in this thread ( I believe) that 1÷10 is not 10%. 2÷10=20%. Ionel's notification on his alarm clock will now tell him that I just posted.
  9. Wowza! In my bidness what you speak of is valued "scientific" racism, and why the white washing of history is so irtesponsible and dangerous, eckspecially when fed to angry, uninformed people as a means to exacerbate both. The Po Boys would love yis!
  10. I will always root for anyone above a Sqwawker- and especially Gilburg- but I was proud and sooprised to learn this summer that my cousin is an uncle of Alan Waters. Welcome to the family, my friend!
  11. No wonder why you fall for media fed propaganda.
  12. Other than nowhere, where did I reply that masks should be mandated?
  13. Everything ok at home? Wowza!
  14. Nope. Where you said that 1÷10 is not 10% is readily available for all of my friends to see on here. See for yisselfs, friends. 1÷10=10%. The stalk continues...
  15. Says the one that didn't think that 1÷10 is 10% 2÷10=20%. The stalk continues, as she still attempts to save face from one month ago.
  16. None of it would seem outlandish to even make up. You must be easily surprised.
  17. When I say that 26% of Americans today are sympathetic to authoritarianism, we's ain't kidding, eh, folks? WOWZA!
  18. Here in Ioway, here's a snapshot of dangerous words that were put on the list from this spring's legislative session. Catch-22; 1984; I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings; The Color Purple: Brave New World. Gotta love that freedom loving 30%, eh, friends!?
  19. Then use Bing.
  20. With all due respect, I'm not going to continue to do your work for you when I have provided all of the FACTUAL information that I have provided you and my students. You can Google about Florida's Holocaust books and AP courses. As for the books provided in that link, you can search them. Only a few have sexual content. You're either comfortable with authoritarians canceling culture or you're not. It appears that you're ok with it.
  21. Have to believe that if the foot "soldiers" is going down, the person at the top must soon follow. Down go, and down with, the Po Boys! https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/former-proud-boys-chairman-enrique-tarrio-convicted-seditious/story?id=102929276
  22. Well, my Dad inherited his family farm in Minnesota, but that was in the days when farming was diversified, so you didn't just milk, or as upper midwest dairy farmers say, "mewk," cows. You farmed grain, beef cows, dairy, hogs, etc. My Mom wanted nothing to do with the country life any longer, so he handed it off to his brother and we moved to the city (albeit in the country). My uncle then ran it as a dairy and grain farm, which is unusual today. And, yes, our Minnesota bordered Canada too.
  23. As a separate reply, here's a list of the top books banned in schools right now. You'll find many that have nothing to do with sexuality at all. https://pen.org/banned-books-list-fall-2022/ In addition, Florida has banned books that discuss the Holocaust, as well as watering down the materials that can be used in AP Affican American studies classes. You'd think we'd learn about authoritarian states from our past, but, like all countries that feed on anger and resentment of "others," of course we don't.
  24. For starters, school "sex ed" programs are age appropriate. Educators are trained pros, plus, the school's curriculum nor administration would allow teachers to teach outside the confines of what the curriculum allows. Hence, it's all age apprppriate. What's getting passed off to you by irresponsible people trying to make people angry is that kids are getting full on sex education in kindergarten or second grade. Baloney. I know of one book right here in Ioway that is available in grade school libraries all across the state that discusses an incestuous relationship between father and daughter, and she ends up bearing his child. Do you find that inappropriate?
  25. One wouldn't think so.
