Yes, that is a likely lineup. Haven't heard anything about PSU being on Traux's radar but it would fit. If not Traux then insert Barr.
I believe Carter is on record stating he doesn't care about winning a 5th. He seems to already have one foot out the door.
Good chance Levi hits a growth spurt, takes a RS and we never see him wrestle under 174 again. Heck next time we watch him wrestle might be 184 and he'll finish his career at 197. Take a look at his dad during the NCAA finals. He's a big man. Starrocci is staying put at 174 and most likely doesn't come back for his 5th. Most likely Brooks goes up to 197.
There is no early buzz that Traux is heading to Iowa. @Jimmy Cinnabon again is just regurgitating something he saw on HR except this time no one on HR is even claiming Iowa is pursuing him.
There's too much recency bias with Lee to rank him appropriately versus the field. I think we can all agree his the best all time 125 pounder. On the 3X timer list I'd imagine he'd come in somewhere around 12th.
Yes, my response was meant to mock Starrocci...rereading it I'm realizing I did a bad job. As a fan Im not too pleased with the recent inflated egoism running rampant in the Nittany Lion program
Been saying this for years. Aaron Brooks is far better at Freestyle than he is at Folk. Starrocci isn't at his level in Free and AB would make easy work of him. When AB came into Colorado Springs after his senior year of HS he pushed a lot of the senior level wrestlers. Left quite an impression.
Below is the criteria for near fall. Highlighted the 4 inch criteria for you. Nothing in that exchange that I could see met the criteria
Section 5. Near Fall
Art. 1. Near Fall Criteria. A near fall is a position in which the offensive
wrestler has the opponent in a controlled pinning situation in which any one of
the following three criteria are met:
a. The defensive wrestler is held in a high bridge or on both elbows;
b. Any part of one shoulder or scapula, or the head is touching the mat and
the other shoulder or scapula is held at an angle of 45 degrees or less to
the mat; or
c. Any part of both shoulders or both scapulae are held within four inches
of the mat.
In any pinning situation,
I'm a Porta John. I'm a stationary object made up of a shell, urinal, toilet seat, holding tank, door, and lock. I have no emotions. You're arguing against something that has no cognition. Who should be embarrassed?
