In an all out brawl with dozens of punches and kicks thrown how did Willie get the worst of it?

Too many bud heavies. Makes your ankles weak...

I just watched the match and the very first one that Arman had an issue with was just wrestling, nothing big. The pushes, are again wrestling. You do far worse than push people on the mat. As the match went on though it seemed like Georgio became frustrated with what I would say were overreactions and steadily increased the power of his clubs to the point where I thought they were excessive. At that point I think Arman got what he wanted, which was a reason to punch Georgio.

At least that is what it looked like to me and I had no skin in this game when watching.

I agree with you. Usually the ref would warn about the excessively hard club to get it to stop. Maybe he did and Georgio just didn't care. Still not a reason for Arman to punch him, though, in my opinion.

Either way, RAF needs to figure out how to avoid this stuff in the future. If that means only inviting certain people to participate (wrestlers proven to not be hot heads a la Carr/KOT), signed documentation by the club/wrestler that if this happens, there are fines involved, etc. That's what professional organizations do to keep this stuff from happening. Hell the NFL fine's players for wearing their socks too low and not talking to the media, but it works.

Yeah. I agree with all of this.

I believe Poullas got penalized multiple times and IIRC it was the difference in why he lost.   He definitely wrestled a little dirty, but still didn’t deserve that reaction IMO

Avoid this stuff?? Wait, people actually think this wasn't staged?

By rule, he should have been DQed.

Poullas?  To be fair Tsarukyan also slapped Poullas after the one club that actually wasn’t bad, then backhanded him after a period was over and was not penalized.   I’m mostly just disappointed because I was curious to see how Poullas would do against someone with some actual talent but there was very little actual wrestling

3 cautions and you are DQ. They let Poullas continue after his third.

If that was staged that was some A+ acting

I think I could count on one hand the total amount of punches thrown.

I’m more going off the expressions on the faces of guys like Willie, Izzy and the Chad whatever his name is that was the founder or something.   They looked pissed that that was happening, rightfully so.

Do you also believe that Cayden Henschel legitimately took down Bo Bassett?

Lol, yes.  There were some staged things like the beef between Georgio and I think it was Mugzy backstage on one of the episodes.  But I highly doubt anything in the actual matches are staged, especially when someone gets punched in the head.

Has anyone been able to clip a video of the brawl where we see Willie go down, breaking his ankle?

At 1:50 in this video, I think you can briefly see Willie getting carried out of the arena by someone. Am I right?

He's very top-heavy.

Hey give him credit for getting up to engage when most would have hidden under the rafters.

Here at 1:50 you can see Willie get that tight waist and then get rolled over:

Wonder if that would’ve happened if he wasn’t wearing Timbs
