He will not have any losses outside of the top 10 I would assume but he is probably going to go into NCAA's near .500 I am assuming he drops 2 more before big 10's and then probably 2 at big 10's that would put him around 12-9 assuming he finishes the dual season out 5-2 the rest of the way and goes 3-2 at big 10's. What could really hurt him is if Jax does not hit any opens and only gets to NCAA's off of big 12 placing.

Is it safe to assume he even qualifies for NCAAs at this point? He’s 4-5.

Yes B10 will get 10 seeds and he will finish in top 10 at conference championships

He still has Van Dee, Davino and most likely Jax, plus matches against Purdue, Minn, Michigan, Michigan state.

Best case he goes into Big Tens 11-5, worst case 8-8 and most likely he ll be 9-7. Highest he can be seeded at big tens is 5th, he could drop to 6 seed if he loses to Van Dee.
Assuming things go chalk at big tens and he’s 5th or 6th he’s going to end with like a 14th seed or 15th seed at ncaas, he ll be behind 5 or 6 big ten guys plus Crookham, Larkin, Frost , Jax?. That puts him at 9th or 10th, then add in an ACC champ Knox and/or Campbell/Seidel. Berginc beat fugitt who beat Ayala. Serrano is still undefeated, Mougalian is having a good year and only loses to the field are to Serrano 2x. Unless drake turns it around soon he’s looking at mid teen seed.

Loaded weight, plus he'll get the benefit of going through the B1G grind when being seeded alongside wrestlers from other conferences. Hard to imagine him dropping lower than the 6-11 seed range.

If he doesn’t avenge any prior loses and loses to Jax he’ll have 5 big ten guys alone seeded ahead of him. 133 might be the deepest weight class ever

The B1G hurts seeding.  The dumbest part of the algorithm is conference placement.  Winning the Ivies is better than 2nd in the BIG.   It's why Missouri "under performed" at the NCAAs for years when they were in the MAC.  Picking up qualifying event bonus (and usually win %) meant they were always over seeded.

Same case for NC state
