Jimmy predicts 5 wins for Iowa.  They win 1.  Then he claims Iowa was impressive.   Sounds like an economist for the federal government.

Iowa was as impressive as Jimmy's ability to predict results.

100% agree with this!  Anyone who disagrees is too simple minded to see the bigger picture.

No, anyone who agrees with this is too immersed in identity fandom and likely has some other unhealthy psychological things going on. I’m that way with Miami football right now. Hard to avoid if you’re much into sports at all, but don’t pretend they’re facts. That was the #4 team in the country last night, and probably still the biggest name in the sport after Penn State.

2 TDs to 15

3x more stall calls than TDs

It was Iowa's worst defeat in the modern era.  I agree with Tom Brands.

"That's unlike any dual that I've been in since I've been the coach here," said Tom Brands, who's in his 20th season as Iowa's head coach. "We've been beat up before, but not like that."

He should have just said "I don't game plan for individual stylistic matchups, and they did and we got our ass handed to us. Even tho I have told them for the last 3 years we need to shoot me, we didn't shoot. Idk why tHEy AreNT ShOotInG MoRe"

I've been doing a lot of venison meatballs lately

-2lbs venison ground

- 4 sliced white bread soaked in water, then sqeazed damp

- 3 eggs

- one cup pepperjack shredded cheese

- 1 clove garlic

Mix well

-add variety of spices

-top off with parsley

Form 1.5 inch diameter meatballs

Cook in oven at 350 for 30 minutes

Full of un-bias blasphemy.

I usually use milk instead of water for meatballs but I'm going to try your recipe.

Me too but our youngest has been having issues with dairy. Honestly water makes the flavor pop more I think

Many years ago when my grandmother passed we found out that her "secret" zucchini bread recipe that she kept in a recipe box that no one was allowed to touch was actually cut out of a Good Housekeeping magazine in the '50s.

Zucchini bread with melted butter, FML that slaps boi. I could eat

Only minor adjustment I'd make is adding grated onion.  Love it in my venison meatballs

My Mom made as I do today scarpaccia which is a thin crispy zucchini flatbread. Fresh grated Locatelli cheese, some finely chopped fresh basil and good EVO brings it all together.

Willie better not weigh in on this thread.   He thinks bacon and store bought eggs are okay in Carbonara.

Why not?  😋

I only have two food rules and those are the hill I will die on.   If anything more than cheese and one condiment is in a sandwich, it's not a grilled cheese and if you use anything other than farm fresh eggs, guanciale and pepper, it's not Carbonara.

Seriously, well done steak smothered in ketchup, you do you.  Fish and cheese mixed, fine, the filet of fish is the most sold seafood in the US.  You want to drink your red wine chilled, not how I would have done it but again, you do you.

As to the grilled cheese, adding meat makes it a melt.  Bacon in a grilled cheese? Impossible, that's a bacon melt.   Grilled cheese ideally should be two or three cheeses, good bread with mayo on the outside as the oil in the mayo browns the bread perfectly.

Carbonara is the essence of Italian food.  A few simple ingredients prepared correctly form a perfect marriage.  Missing or adding ingredients destroys that perfection.

Ok ... but do you know what's better than bacon?

The only  thing actually impressive was how Tom got them prepared to hold on without looking like they were throwing the meet. Every tactic possible to keep scores low without really trying to score themselves.

"He shoots..., He Scores" was not part of the Iowa team effort.

The fact Penn State didn't really push them that hard & will won going away was a statement. Negative for Iowa and lukewarm for Penn State.

” Never attribute to inspiration that which can be adequately explained by delusion”.

It’s not hate, it’s just stating facts. Carl ducks competition for half the season. You look stupid denying it

Who would you like to see Penn St schedule to provide some competition early in the season? Iran?

Look at PSU ducking. Oh wait, they just smoked the #4 team in the country like a brisket. Let's be honest - all the ducking bs we hear is just hate masked as concern trolling. Pathetic. Instead of enjoying the best college program in history, they decide to bitch and moan like bitches and moaners. @TNwrestlingcalled them out. Now he's quiet like a good dog.

Sorry, i was working...like a normal human does. I'm sorry i didnt respond in what you deem an appropriate amount of time. I don't have any idea what you're talking about. When did i "call them out"?

If Bo Bassett doesn't ever do anymore than AA two times I will delete my whole ass account.....WrestlingRash sucks

I like my grilled cheese with a tomato.  Does that make it a tomato melt?  And mayo isn't the classic way, it's butter so you're actually eating a mayo melt
