What other President tied economic advancement to a Foreign Govt' enriching them with a couple BILLION dollars?

I mean, it was bad when Trump's KIDS were getting Billions of dollars from the Saudi's, but now it's just going right into Trump's own personal business and you're saying, "the other side does it too?"

That's just pure corruption. It's only "legal" because... Trump has these loyalty pledges and nobody is going to call him on it. There's no checks left.
