It’s mostly because we prefer to donate on our own because we can. Not because the government made us thru higher taxes.  Giving is the right thing to do and it feels good

Yes, being rich does correlate w happiness. Donation to charity wasn't one of the main reasons cited though. Another dumb assumption by u.

Without research, my stereotype assumptions are that conservatives are happier because they value the nuclear family, they give more, they often believe in a higher power as something bigger than themselves, and they take confidence/pride in success from their own merit.

I hypothesize that they have lower lows when they cannot achieve their goals because they have no one to blame but themself.

Having biological kids fulfills life’s basic need. Guiding kids to independence is canon. A two-parent home with a caring, present parent enables that success. Do this well for a happier and meaningful life.

You can be happy without kids but if everyone did it, then all would be unhappy.

I'm glad I have a few kids but another dumb post w o scientific foundation. And having extra (biological only) kids doesn't really add to happiness. I can tell you that as fact, personal experience of myself or those I'm very close to.

Kids are awesome.  Grand kids are even better. It’s amazing how the family core over generations can give so many in this world purpose and meaning.  Unless of course you’re a liberal that wakes up everyday hating life.
