I did not say there were any. As a matter of fact it is what everyone, save one person, wants. So that one person needs to generate daily distractions. Stay distracted.

They are not down by a lot, but if they're down they can't be up....which goes against what certain media, talking heads, and politicians would have us believe. 

Crime is down because they are not charging, and under charging. 

During COVID-19 courts had Zoom hearings and many kept those in place and they have greatly reduced the failures to appear. Many wouldn't show because they had a warrant and knew if they appeared they'd be arrested.
