I didn't use the words 'under control'.  I used words like "murder rate is 12% lower than in '24" in conjuction with you stating how many murders this year, and I used words like "data suggests the LEO in DC, (which you have shown you have no respect for, since assaulting them is 'wrongful arrests') is in fact taking the stand and doing the job".  Those kinds of words...you know...gutter talk.

So what, there’s still been a hundred murders this year.  That’s entirely too many for most people.  Fifty percent wouldn’t be enough.

I would agree.   But the point of this whole topic is that the LEO in DC, who apparenlty it's okay to assault without being arrested, was not doing their job.   When the data shows they clearly have been.

I don’t blame it all on LEOs, the blame lies with politicians, prosecutors, and judges too.  But by all accounts the police force is short staffed.  If Polosi and McConnell had accepted the NG troops that Trump offered, J6 would have been very different.  But you don’t know as much about J6 as you do about D.C. crime and I’m not going to explain it to you in this thread.

Thanks skippy.  As always, I’ll be better than okay.  It’s going to an awesome weekend with all G kids coming to the lake for some swimming, tubing, s’mores, good food and of course lots of laughs.  Nothing better than a day on the freshwater.  It’s very clear that the good lord has answered my prayers and allowed me to be part of their lives.

Well, crime in DC has been decreasing for several years, so....no. 

They also have lots of FBI agents there. That will make a difference, but theyre being pulled from other places, so it isnt necessarily the right thing.

I'm talking specifically about the military forces. They're being pulled from their full time jobs and taxpayers are paying a lot for it. I'd like to know what my tax dollars are going toward here.

Funny you say crime was going down, but the residents say otherwise.  I don't have my own experience but I tend to trust others with first hand knowledge and experience.  The corrupt left lies lots. They are lying about crime stats in this case.
