What I’ve learned from this amazing thread.  She’s eligible to be out but isn’t out (we would know if she was).   And she got the exact same deal as Epstein did?

Definitely not the same deal Epstein got. What is not of conflict regarding the only sentence Epstein got is that he spent one year in jail, in which he in fact was under work release and only had to spend the nights in jail.  
 

Still remains to be seen if this report about Maxwell’s eligibility is true or not.  BOP has been given the opportunity to deny the claim but they have yet to do so.

Epstein wasn’t convicted of enough crimes…. should have been more imo.  
 

Epstein pleaded guilty to state charges in Florida for solicitation of prostitution and solicitation of prostitution from a minor. He was sentenced to 18 months in a minimum-security facility but was released after serving less than 13 months, as part of a controversial plea deal.
