I don't watch a ton of women's wrestling, but this Shonazarova chick from UZB at 40kg could beat a lot of high school boys...and the matches wouldn't even be close.

Ariah is going into his FR year of HS, Antonio is going into SR, and Mendoza is going into FR year of college. Depending on RS situations, Antonio could get anywhere from 2-4 years sharing the lineup with Mendoza. Ariah's only chance of having that stacked lineup is if he goes as a true FR and Mendoza takes the RS. If Antonio takes the RS, the brothers could overlap for 2 years.

Teequavious Mills will be there also, brother to Antonio and Ariah. Will be a SR as well. If Mizzou can somehow land Ariah, I would be thrilled. Still a long ways to go for that, but I can dream. I’m sure every big name college are already licking their chops at a chance to land him. I don’t have Rokfin but I believe Willie has Ariah as the #1 incoming freshman overall.

oh man i thought ariah was going into 10th grade. Regardless I hope they stick it out hes kinda jacked for a rising freshman holy crap.

Are these the kids that originally verbally committed to NC State?  If so, any insight on why they flipped shortly thereafter? (or maybe only the oldest one verballed?)

Iran cadets take first place with One gold, One silver and 4 bronze.  One of Iran's wrestler had to drop out at the last second because they did not give him a visa.

Our greco team wasn't really good this year but the guy who won gold at 92kg Amirsam Mohammadi looks really really good. I think we might have found our future 97kg after Saravi.

Yes. According to their dad, he posted in the Facebook group the wrestling room that they originally committed to NC State because they were excited and it was the first offer so they gave the verbal without exploring all options. He stated they chose Mizzou because the program felt like a family and their relationship with incoming top recruit Dom Bambinelli who they have trained with for several years at Roundtree Wrestling Academy. He also said Antonio is excited to get in the room asap and train with Seth Mendoza.
