My understanding is that Semenya has internal testes and no uterus. Her T levels are somewhere in what you would expect from a healthy functional male. Have you heard or read something different? A group of scientists scientist did the work and found that, shocker of shockers, there was a strong negative correlation between blade length and 400m times.
